Auto-boards

Auto-boards are messages ClashDuke keeps up to date for you. Post a donations board, a trophy leaderboard, or a war-log board once, and it refreshes itself roughly every 15 minutes. Add an optional schedule and ClashDuke will also drop a fresh copy daily, weekly, or at the end of each season.

/autoboard requires the Manage Server permission and is a plan feature. The clan you board must be linked to the server first (/setup clan).

The Last Seen, Activity, War Log, and Capital Raids boards rely on tracked data that warms up over time. A brand-new clan may show an empty board for the first few ticks until ClashDuke has gathered enough history.

Schedules

A board always refreshes in place every ~15 minutes. A schedule is separate: it posts a brand-new copy at the chosen time (and points future refreshes at that newest message).

Daily

Posts a fresh copy every day at time.

Weekly

Posts a fresh copy once a week on weekday at time.

End of season

Posts a fresh copy on the season reset day (last Monday of the month) around time — perfect for an end-of-season snapshot.

/autoboard schedule

Change the schedule of a board that already exists. Options: ref (required — the 6-character board ref from /autoboard list), mode (required — Daily, Weekly, End of season, or Off), time, weekday.

Off stops the scheduled re-posts but the board keeps refreshing in place.

Managing boards

List boards

/autoboard list shows each board’s 6-character ref, type, clan, channel, and schedule.

Delete a board

/autoboard delete ref:a1b2c3 removes it. The message stops updating.

Related: the live clan board

A live-updating clan overview board is created separately via /setup clan-embed (options: clan, channel, color hex, disable). It refreshes in place on the same ~15-minute cadence.
