Rosters
Rosters let you assemble the exact lineup you want for CWL, wars, esports, or trophy pushes, then keep it in sync with your in-game clan. Members can sign themselves up with a button, staff can bulk-import a whole clan, and every roster can be shared to another server as a compact code.

Post a roster with Sign Up / Leave buttons so members add their own linked account.

Export any roster to a code and import it into another server or as a new roster.

Section titled “Members”/roster add-player — add by tag
Options: roster (required), player tag (required), user (optionally link the entry to a Discord member), group (a sub-group label). Enforces the roster’s TH floor/ceiling and size cap.
/roster remove-player — remove by tag
Options: roster (required), player tag (required).
/roster move-player — move between rosters
Options: roster (from, required), player tag (required), to_roster (required). The player is added to the target first, then removed from the source, so a member is never lost if a write fails.
/roster manage — bulk-add a clan
Options: roster (required), from_clan tag (required), linked_only (only add members already linked to a Discord user). Respects the roster’s TH filters and size cap.
/roster refresh — re-pull from the game
Options: roster (required). Refreshes each member’s name and Town Hall level from the live game data.
Posting and self-signup
Section titled “Posting and self-signup”/roster post
Section titled “/roster post”Posts a clean, read-only roster embed. Options: roster (required), channel (defaults to the current channel).
/roster signup
Section titled “/roster signup”Posts the roster with Sign Up and Leave buttons. Options: roster (required), channel (defaults to the current channel).
Run /roster signup roster:CWL Main channel:#cwl-signups.
A member clicks Sign Up. ClashDuke uses their linked account — if they have not linked yet, they are prompted to run /link first.
If a roster_role is set, it is granted on sign-up and removed on leave. Closed rosters, full rosters, and TH limits are all enforced automatically.
/roster ping
Section titled “/roster ping”Pings the roster’s linked members. Options: roster (required), message (custom text), mode:
| Mode | Who is pinged |

Use /roster role-refresh roster:<name> to (re)assign the roster role and each member’s group role to everyone with a linked Discord account.
Share, clone, and search
Section titled “Share, clone, and search”/roster export roster:<name> returns a share code. Anyone can paste it into /roster import code:<code> — in the same server or a different one — to recreate the roster (settings and members, up to 500).
/roster clone roster:<name> duplicates a roster and its members. Provide name for the copy, or one is generated. The clone starts open with no roster role attached.
/roster search finds which rosters a player is on. Pass a player tag, a user, or neither (defaults to your own linked accounts).
