Reminders

Reminders nudge your members before a deadline: war attacks left, Capital raids remaining, Clan Games points to go, roster events, or plain inactivity. Every reminder can be narrowed to exactly who should be pinged using targeting facets, so leaders only ping the people who still need to act.

Subcommand Purpose
/reminders create Create a war, capital, clan-games, inactivity, or roster reminder
/reminders edit Change a clan’s or roster’s reminders
/reminders list List all reminders in the server
/reminders delete Delete a clan’s or roster’s reminders
/reminders config Server-wide reminder settings
/reminders now Send a war reminder immediately
timesstringrequired

Offsets before the deadline, e.g. 12h 4h 1h. For Inactivity these are idle thresholds instead.

channelchannelrequired

The text channel to post the reminder in.

typechoice

War & CWL, Clan Capital, Clan Games, Inactivity, or Roster. Defaults to War & CWL.

clanstring

Clan tag(s). Comma-separate for multi-clan (war / capital / clan-games / inactivity). Supports autocomplete.

rosterstring

Roster name (Roster type only). Supports autocomplete.

event_atstring

Roster only — when the event starts, in UTC (2026-07-10 20:00), a unix time, or relative (36h).

ping_modechoice

Roster only — Clan members not signed up (default), All roster members, Roster members not in the clan, or Roster substitutes only.

point_thresholdinteger

Clan Games only — remind members below this many points (0–5000, default 4000).

messagestring

Custom text. Placeholders: {time}, {hitsLeft}, {points}, {roster}.

/reminders create type:War & CWL clan:#2PP0JCCL, #9V8LQ2 times:6h 1h channel:#war-room
/reminders create type:Roster roster:CWL Main event_at:2026-07-10 20:00 times:2h 30m channel:#cwl ping_mode:Clan members not signed up

Facets narrow who gets pinged. They apply to create and edit, and any omitted facet means “everyone / all”. Unknown or out-of-range values are rejected up front.

Facet Applies to Values
roles all clan reminders comma list: leader, coLeader, elder, member
town_halls all clan reminders e.g. 15,16,17 (TH 2–20)
war_types War normal, friendly, cwl
remaining_hits War / Capital attacks-remaining to target, e.g. 1,2 (1–6)
all_members Capital / Clan Games include members who have not participated (default on)
silent War post the message without @-pinging anyone
smart_skip War skip the reminder if the enemy is already 100%
min_attacks Capital remind members who have done fewer than this many attacks (1–6)
exclusion_role all members with this Discord role are never @-pinged
Roles

roles:leader,coLeader only pings clan leadership. Accepts co, co-leader, elder, or admin as aliases.

Town Halls

town_halls:16,17 targets only TH16 and TH17 accounts — handy for TH-tiered war reminders.

War types

war_types:cwl fires the reminder only during Clan War League, normal only for random wars, friendly for friendlies.

Remaining hits & smart skip

remaining_hits:1 pings people down to their last attack. smart_skip:true cancels the reminder when the war is already maxed.

Silent & exclusion

silent:true lists names without pinging. exclusion_role:@NoPings respects members who opted out of mentions.

/reminders create clan:#2PP0JCCL times:1h channel:#war roles:leader,coLeader town_halls:16 remaining_hits:1 exclusion_role:@NoPings

/reminders edit accepts a clan or a roster, plus any of: times, message, channel, event_at, ping_mode, enabled, and every facet above. To reset a facet back to “all”, use clear with a comma list of: roles, town_halls, war_types, remaining_hits, min_attacks, exclusion, message.

/reminders edit clan:#2PP0JCCL enabled:false clear:town_halls
config

/reminders config disable_ping:true switches every reminder in the server to list names only, without @-mentions.

list

/reminders list shows all reminders with their type icon, target, channel, offsets, on/off state, and a compact summary of active facets.

delete

/reminders delete removes a clan’s reminders (clan:) or a roster’s reminders (roster:).

now

/reminders now clan:#2PP0JCCL sends a war reminder immediately to the current channel (or a channel: you choose). Only works while the clan is on battle day.

Reminders post to the channel you choose using ClashDuke’s log-feed webhook for that channel. Members can opt in to receiving reminder DMs as a personal preference:

/setup user-settings reminder_dms:true
