Dashboard Features
The dashboard groups into configuration editors (which write settings the bot acts on) and read-only analytics (which visualize data the tracker has already collected). Each page requires a specific ClashDuke permission and an unlocked server. This page is the map.
Clans & members
Section titled “Clans & members”Clans — link clans, aliases, categories, order
Permission: clans.manage · Bot: /setup clan
Link Clash of Clans clans to the server (which starts tracking them), give each a short alias, sort them into categories, and set the display order used across the dashboard and boards. Each clan row shows how many log feeds are wired to it.
Players — linked accounts
Permission: players.view (editing needs links.manage) · Bot: /link
Every Clash account linked to this server, grouped by Discord member, showing whether each link is verified, which is the member’s main, and where the link came from. The list is capped at 500 rows and is searchable.
Members & Roles
Permission: viewable by any member; managing needs members.manage
See every dashboard staff member, their role, and how they sign in (Discord,
Google, or credential). Admins can create a credential sub-account here for
a clanmate without Discord — they’ll log in at /login with the server ID,
username, and a one-time password.
Credential accounts
Permission: members.manage
Manage the username/password sub-accounts for people who sign in without Discord: reset passwords (mint a one-time reset link) and approve or decline self-serve account requests submitted from the registration page.
Roles & permissions
Permission: roles.manage
View built-in preset roles (read-only) and create custom roles scoped to this server. Guardrails apply: you can only grant permissions you already hold, and only create roles ranked below your own. See Permissions.
Automation & feeds
Section titled “Automation & feeds”Log feeds
Permission: logs.manage · Bot: /setup log
Route each clan’s events (joins/leaves, donations, role changes, and more) to a Discord channel. One row per clan + event type, each with its own channel and an on/off toggle.
Reminders
Permission: reminders.manage
Configure war, capital, clan-games, and inactivity reminders per clan: lead times, target channel, message, role pings, Town Hall / war-type filters, point thresholds, remaining-hits filters, silent + smart-skip options, and whether to ping all members.
Auto-boards
Permission: autoboards.manage · Bot: /autoboard create
Self-updating clan boards posted in Discord. Create a board with the bot, then edit its type, clan, target channel, and schedule (off / in-place refresh, daily at a time, or weekly on a weekday) here.
Auto-roles
Permission: autoroles.manage
Automatically assign Discord roles from Clash data: Town Hall, Builder Hall, league, builder league, war, and per-clan role maps, plus a family role and a verified role. Toggle auto-update, verified-only, and auto-nickname.
Family
Permission: autoroles.manage
Map in-game leadership ranks (Leader, Co-Leader, Elder, Member) to labels and roles, choose the family and verified roles, and set the auto-nickname format applied to every member.
Custom embeds
Permission: embeds.manage · Bot: /embed post
Build reusable embed templates (title, description, color, image, thumbnail, footer) and post any of them into Discord with the bot.
Welcome greeting
Permission: settings.manage · Bot: /link greeting
The message sent when a member successfully links a Clash account. Supports variables like the player name, clan, user, and Town Hall.
Settings
Permission: settings.manage
General server settings: the embed color, the timezone used to render times, and the manager role.
War, CWL & rosters
Section titled “War, CWL & rosters”Rosters
Permission: rosters.manage
Create and manage CWL / war rosters: set the clan, max size, Town Hall range, roster groups, and membership. When a roster is tied to a tracked clan, the editor highlights missing members by comparing against the clan’s live member list.
War board
Permission: wars.view (read-only)
Inspect a linked clan’s most recent war — attack distributions, aggregate stats, and a win/loss/tie record over recent finished wars. Pick which linked clan to view.
War timeline
Permission: wars.view (read-only)
Cumulative stars and destruction across a linked clan’s most recent war, attack by attack.
War performance
Permission: wars.view (read-only)
Tracked war-attack stats per clan across all recorded wars: attack count, average stars, three-star rate, average destruction, and fresh-hit rate.
Clan War League (CWL)
Permission: wars.view (read-only)
The CWL group, rounds, standings, and attack stats for a linked clan.
War Room
Permission: wars.view (read-only)
A live feed of attacks across your clans’ current wars, pushed from the tracker in real time.
Analytics & leaderboards
Section titled “Analytics & leaderboards”Leaderboards
Permission: leaderboards.view (read-only)
Your linked clans ranked by points (with members, level, war wins), plus the top tracked legend-league players.
Legends
Permission: leaderboards.view (read-only)
Your tracked legend players ranked, with day-by-day attack/defense analytics and a trophy distribution across your clans.
Activity
Permission: leaderboards.view (read-only)
Donation leaders and member-activity trends across your clans, including active members per day and activity by hour.
Audit log
Permission: audit.view (read-only)
The 100 most recent staff actions on this server — when, what action, and the target.
Community & moderation
Section titled “Community & moderation”Moderation
Permission: moderation.manage
Bans, strikes, and flag exemptions (whitelist), all scoped to this server, plus a live view of open tickets and a closed-ticket count.
Ticket panels
Permission: tickets.manage · Bot: /ticket panel-post
Configure support / application panels: title, button label, category channel, staff role, open role, and the open / approve / deny messages plus application rules. An Open tickets sub-page tracks live ones.
Giveaways
Permission: moderation.manage · Bot: /giveaway
Giveaways are run in Discord (entries, booster odds, and winner draws happen there). Here you view and manage live ones — prize, channel, winner count, entries, booster multipliers, and required role.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Billing
Permission: viewable by any member of the server
See the server’s current plan status (active, trial, past-due, or locked), browse available plans, start a free trial, or activate a free plan. Paid card/UPI checkout activates once the payment provider is connected; trials never need a card. See Plans & trials.
Permission keys at a glance
Section titled “Permission keys at a glance”Every page above is gated by one of ClashDuke’s permission keys. These are the same keys the bot uses to gate commands, so a role you build on the dashboard governs both surfaces:
