Quickstart

This guide takes you from an empty server to a working ClashDuke setup: a tracked clan, a manager role for your staff, a live log feed, and your first reminder. It takes about five minutes.

Invite ClashDuke

Open the invite link, pick your server, and approve the permissions. ClashDuke needs the Server Members privileged intent for autoroles and welcome messages — see Invite ClashDuke for the full permission list.

Link your first clan

Start tracking a clan so its wars, members, and feeds become available:

/setup clan tag:#2PP0JCCL

Tracking begins within about a minute. You can add a short alias or a category at the same time:

/setup clan tag:#2PP0JCCL alias:main category:War

Repeat for every clan in your family — there is no limit on how many clans you link. See Linking clans & accounts.

Set a manager role

Give your co-leaders and staff access to management commands without handing out Discord’s Manage Server permission:

/config manager_role:@Co-Leaders

Members with that role can now run manager-gated commands. While you’re here, set your server timezone so times render correctly:

/config timezone:Asia/Kolkata

For per-command delegation and web dashboard access, see Permissions & access.

Turn on a log feed

Wire a live feed for a clan to a channel. For example, post every join, leave, and role change:

/setup log clan:#2PP0JCCL event:Join / Leave / Role change channel:#clan-log

Other feeds include member progress (TH, heroes, league), donations, war, capital raids, CWL, clan games, and legend attacks. See Log feeds.

Create your first reminder

Never miss a war attack again. This posts a reminder 12h, 4h, and 1h before the war ends, pinging members who still have hits left:

/reminders create type:War & CWL times:12h 4h 1h clan:#2PP0JCCL channel:#war-room

ClashDuke also supports capital, clan-games, roster, and inactivity reminders with role / Town Hall / remaining-hits targeting. See Reminders.
